As an Immigration Sales Consultant, you will serve as a pivotal link between potential clients and our immigration services. Your primary mission is to generate and convert leads by understanding clients' needs and communicating our service offerings effectively. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the immigration process, ensuring they receive the best options tailored to their specific circumstances. Responsibilities

  7. Meet and exceed established sales targets and key performance indicators assigned by management.

  10. Participate in training sessions and professional development to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  11. Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience and service delivery.
  12. Handle client inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, seeking a resolution to any issues.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in sales or client-facing roles, preferably in immigration.
  2. Strong understanding of immigration processes and policies is highly desirable.
  3. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse and dynamic team.
  5. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Excellent organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  7. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex client situations effectively.
  9. A Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
