The role requires high-volume calling, strong negotiation and closing skills, and the ability to build trust with clients without making false promises. Immediate joiners preferred; English proficiency essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in immigration, overseas recruitment, visa consultancy, or sales.
• Strong sales, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Confident communicator with excellent English and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to convert leads into appointments and close deals.
• Highly target-driven with high-volume calling and follow-ups.
• Able to build trust with clients while maintaining professional and ethical communication.
• Knowledge of Europe work permits / overseas employment is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently under pressure.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Maintain candidate records and follow up until completion.
• Achieve daily/monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Build trust with candidates while ensuring no false promises or unauthorized visa/job guarantees.
