Career Wings Human Resources Consultancies LLC is seeking a dynamic, sales-driven recruiter to handle Europe work permits and overseas opportunities. You will screen candidates, explain processes, and convert enquiries into visits while maintaining ethical communication.

The role requires high-volume calling, strong negotiation and closing skills, and the ability to build trust with clients without making false promises. Immediate joiners preferred; English proficiency essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in immigration, overseas recruitment, visa consultancy, or sales.
• Strong sales, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Confident communicator with excellent English and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to convert leads into appointments and close deals.
• Highly target-driven with high-volume calling and follow-ups.
• Able to build trust with clients while maintaining professional and ethical communication.
• Knowledge of Europe work permits / overseas employment is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently under pressure.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handle leads for Europe work permits and overseas job opportunities.
• Screen candidates and identify genuine and eligible applicants.
• Explain job opportunities, process, costs, documentation, and timelines clearly.
• Convert enquiries into office visits and close applications.
• Conduct high-volume calls and aggressive follow-ups to achieve targets.
• Handle objections and close deals professionally.
• Coordinate interviews, documentation, offers, and application processing.
• Maintain candidate records and follow up until completion.
• Achieve daily/monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Build trust with candidates while ensuring no false promises or unauthorized visa/job guarantees.
