Job Title: Relationship Manager Support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or International Management; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or related field, with banking knowledge.
• 1-3 years in an international bank, preferably with Middle East exposure.
• Proficient in English; Italian language skills preferred.
• Strong analytical, credit risk, and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of CIB products, credit risk modeling, KYC, AML, and compliance regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Support Global Relationship Managers in customer relationship development and management.
2. Assist in qualitative analysis supporting Investment Banking/Structured Finance during origination and administrative processes.
3. Evaluate operational trends and economic performance of clients, implementing corrective measures as needed.
4. Handle administrative and credit activities, including preliminary credit assessments.
5. Contribute to achieving profitability, sales, and risk objectives through planning and client offers.
6. Coordinate with domestic and international relationship teams for client management.
7. Ensure work quality and deadline adherence, managing urgent transactions proactively.
8. Maintain compliance with operational processes and company policies.
9. Assist in origination and client relationship activities, including data collection, KYC, financial analysis, and client interactions.
