Qualifications

2 years of experience as trainer or training coordinator in iGaming or customer service.
Strong understanding of gaming software and platforms.
Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g. Hindi Arabic) are a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training programs focused on gaming software and customer service protocols.
Conduct regular virtual and onsite training sessions for agents.
Assess post-training performance and provide coaching and development.
Collaborate with the Customer Service and Operations teams to identify training needs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of iGaming products and tools.
Create training materials, manuals and guidelines for platforms and policies.
Ensure agents can handle inquiries, resolve complaints and provide a positive player experience.
Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices into the curriculum.
Provide individual coaching to address challenges and improve performance.
