Mashreq Bank is seeking an experienced accounting professional to assist in preparing and consolidating financial statements across UAE and overseas entities in accordance with IFRS.

You will support GL maintenance in Flexcube and Oracle, set up new accounts, and coordinate data downloads for group reporting and annual audits. A bachelor’s degree in accounting and 2–4 years of experience are required, with strong Excel and ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with 2–3 years of experience in accounting and management reporting in computerized environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/spoken communication skills, with knowledge of UAE Central Bank guidelines and IFRS.
• Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, ERP systems).

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly consolidated group financial statements and quarterly/annual financials per IFRS.
• Liaise with external auditors for quarterly and annual financials and group reporting.
• Open and maintain GL accounts in Flexcube and OGL for UAE and overseas branches.
• Receive and analyse monthly downloads from Flexcube and Oracle; support consolidation and period-end close.
• Manage financial adjustments and data reconciliation across entities in OFSA/HFM.
• Maintain master data (GL mapping, branch codes, cost centers) for MB Group reporting.
• Prepare information on Mashreqbank shares trading for reporting and invoicing.
