Job summary

ADIB Group in Abu Dhabi seeks an Officer - Access Management Control to support user provisioning, deprovisioning and access maintenance. You will work with the IDAM system and manual workflows to ensure correct system access according to job roles and the access matrix.

The role requires handling transfers, review of unused access, and timely escalation of issues. Strong communication and Office skills are essential for effective collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Banking or Technology required.
• Strong communication and Office suite proficiency expected.

Responsibilities

• Support provisioning, deprovisioning, transfers, and access maintenance within identity lifecycle management.
• Handle branch transfer requests via IDAM Portal.
• Support periodic reviews of unused access and disable as needed.
• Troubleshoot access issues for branches and operations.
• Revoke access for resigned staff per HR notifications.
• Manage Active Directory security groups; enable/disable IDs for temporary users.
• Support system testing and attend UAM support calls as scheduled.
• Escalate access issues, system failures, and errors to Head of Dept on time.
