Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role with a design consultancy background.
• Proven experience working on UAE/GCC interior design projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure interior design works comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Review and validate ID materials mockups and finish samples for approval.
• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors and suppliers to address ID-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor and report on progress of ID works and flag any discrepancies or delays.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations client requirements and project specifications.
• Prepare inspection reports, snag lists and follow up on rectifications.
• Evaluate workmanship and detailing in ID installations including joinery, ceilings, partitions, wall finishes and flooring.
• Support project teams in maintaining high standards of aesthetics and functionality.
• Participate in handover procedures and quality assurance processes for interior areas.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role with a design consultancy background.
• Proven experience working on UAE/GCC interior design projects.
