Flip retail in Dubai seeks an ICU Nurse to join our ICU Team. The role provides care for patients with serious clinical problems in a critical care facility, and involves direct patient care and collaboration with the healthcare team.

The nurse will assess and plan care, maintain accurate records, and ensure safety and high standards of practice. This is a full-time, long-term position in a busy clinical environment.

Qualificações

• Graduated from a recognized Nursing program (minimum 3 years) or a Bachelor's in Nursing.
• Present valid registration in country of training and/or last employer country.
• 4–5 years of experience in a hospital setting.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for each patient.
• Provide nursing care supported by knowledge, research and reflective practice.
• Maintain a safe working environment at all times through efficient job practices.
• Keep up to date with professional requirements by maintaining current practice.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Perform other unit-based duties as assigned.
