ICU Nurse

Responsibilities:

1. Provide in-home medical assistance to your assigned patient(s)
2. Assess the physical and emotional needs of each patient
3. Administer medications
4. Assist with feedings
5. Monitor patient vitals and take blood pressure readings
6. Assist with other total nursing care duties
7. Complete patient care documentation and other paperwork
8. Make independent clinical decisions when necessary
9. Create and implement effective care plans
