A leading healthcare provider in Dubai is seeking an experienced ICU Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit. This permanent position offers a competitive salary between AED 6,500 and AED 8,500 per month. The ideal candidate should have at least 4-5 years of experience and hold a valid DHA Nursing Certificate.

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in a healthcare facility setting.
  • Current valid registration/license in the country of training and/or last employment is desirable.

Responsibilities

ICU Nurse

We are seeking an ICU Nurse to join our ICU Group.

Job Recap:

Offer care for clients with dangerous medical conditions. Work in the essential care unit of a health center or healthcare facility and look after people who have experienced invasive surgical treatment, accidents, injuries, or organ failure, etc.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Assess, plan, execute, and review the nursing care of each patient according to their uniqueness, capacities, culture, and preferences.
  2. Perform nursing treatments in response to patients' needs, supported by nursing knowledge, research, and reflective practice.
  3. Ensure a safe workplace at all times by maintaining effective work practices.
  4. Meet professional requirements by acquiring and maintaining current understanding in medical practice.
  5. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
  6. Perform other occupational duties and device-based expertise as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
  • Graduate from an accredited Nursing program of at least three (3) years or hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Current valid registration/license in the country of training and/or last employment (Desirable).
  • 4-5 years of experience in a healthcare facility setting.
