Qualifications

- Valid UAE nursing license issued by DHA, DOH, or MOH.
- Experience in ICU or NICU is required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of nursing staff.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching guidance and support.
