Our client is one of the first ice cream manufacturing plants in the Middle East. Today, they are one of the largest private label manufacturers in the region with direct distribution in the UAE across all channels.

Direct distribution reaches 6,000+ retail outlets in UAE & around 9,000+ outlets in the G.C.C.

They have extended distribution to neighboring GCC countries such as Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait & Qatar, the African continent including Congo, Tanzania, Ethiopia & other countries such as UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, Mauritius etc.

We are seeking a hands-on & detail-oriented Production Executive (Ice Cream) to manage daily production operations in our ice cream manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating food-grade machinery, managing staff, ensuring product consistency, & following stringent hygiene standards.

Summery

• Overseeing & managing the entire ice cream production process.
• Ensure efficient & high-quality production, maintaining equipment, managing inventory, & supervising the production team while adhering to safety & quality standards

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma in Dairy Technology / Food Science / Food Technology
• Should have 4+ years of experience working in the ice cream industry in India or Overseas &
• Exposure in new technology & way of working.

Desired Candidate:

• Responsible for homogenizing, pasteurizing, freezing, cutting, hardening, storing, filling & packing following specifications & standards of the organization.
• Achieve operational excellence in Productivity, performance, quality, cost, delivery & safety with a strong focus on resource utilization, production & capacity planning, while continuously improving processes & systems by implementing best practices.
• Prepare & execute production batches as per standard recipes & SOPs.
• Monitor critical parameters like temperature, time & mixing speed to ensure consistent product quality.
• Supervise raw material handling, weighing, mixing processes.
• Maintain cleanliness & sanitation of equipment as per FSSAI norms.
• Ready to work in shift duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearheading the entire Production Operations & involved in end-to-end tactical planning in line with the Strategic Planning provided by higher management for implementing effective techniques.
• Working towards ensuring efficiency in operations, improve quality standards & achieve cost savings.
• Managing Manpower Planning to give proper guidance to the operational staff.
• Offering assistance in developing an improvement plan for cost-saving of utilities & consumables.
• Establishing coordination with maintenance department for preventive maintenance of all machines.
• Monitoring NPD activities & developing concepts to Product Development.
• Liaising with various departments for launching the product within the given deadline Continuous improvement of the processes & Products all orders to completed as per the quality norms & be delivered on time.
• Launching smooth communication with all departments for efficient working of the plant & ensuring that machinery is in good working condition.
• Involved in troubleshooting & conducting preventive/ breakdown maintenance of various machines.
• Managing all the production & maintenance employees.
• Train junior staff in machine handling & SOP adherence.
