Job summary

Duncan & Ross Consulting seeks an experienced ICAPS Administrator – Commissioning to manage the ICAPS database, coordinate data and documentation, and support OPERCOM deployment for final handover. You will train project teams in Dubai/Iraq and provide daily technical ICAPS support to ensure accurate completion dossiers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years on large EPC projects, strong data management skills, and fluency with ICAPS software and OPERCOM methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering or IT field.
• Minimum 5 years as ICAPS Administrator or Super User on EPC projects.
• Strong data management and documentation experience for international handover.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the ICAPS master database and read-only database.
• Initialize project structure, task types, test packs and workflows.
• Develop ICAPS Management Procedure and Data Initialization Files.
• Support commissioning deliverables and import engineering data into ICAPS.
• Provide ICAPS and OPERCOM training to project teams in Dubai/Iraq.
• Generate progress reports and ensure compliant completion documentation.
