IBM Identity & Security Management Role
Role Purpose: The incumbent is responsible for reviewing business requirements, liaising with internal/external parties to evaluate suitable solutions, and proposing enhancements to business/technical processes for better automation. The role oversees project activities to ensure implementation aligns with defined standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain technical expertise in CIAM and IBM Identity Security Access Manager (ISAM/IBM Verify), including customization, development, installation, and configuration.
- Collaborate with vendors to install, configure, and deploy CIAM (ISAM) solutions across development, QA, UAT, and production environments, managing integration with digital channels like mobile and internet banking.
- Manage change requests and tickets via service management tools.
- Prepare and review project documents for approval.
- Gather requirements from business users for projects, operational requests, and enhancements; escalate issues and suggest corrective actions; ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate vendor support, respond to service tickets promptly, and track incident resolution and known errors.
- Adhere to management standards in service delivery.
- Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines to meet user needs.
- Follow instructions from line managers to achieve business objectives ethically and professionally.
- Maintain and update documentation related to processes and job functions, informing owners of necessary changes.
Technical Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with CIAM and IBM identity security access manager (ISAM/IBM Verify), including customization, installation, and configuration.
- Deep knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Directory Services, and Security Directory Integrator.
- Strong security expertise, especially in IAM, endpoint protection, and application security.
- Minimum 5-7 years in IT, with at least 4 years in a similar role.
- Experience with IBM security products like ISAM, IBM Verify, Tivoli.
- Financial sector experience is a plus.
