for Debt manages the Bank's relationships with institutional investors across the full Debt product spectrum. ICG Debt combines the global capabilities of Deutsche Bank with regional expertise on five continents. Your key responsibilities :

  • Proactively driving cross-asset sales of all FIC products to MENA-based Institutional clients.
  • Learning and managing the lifecycle of a flow transaction, including deal closing, booking, and pre- and post-deal formalities.
  • Partnering with FIC Trading and Structuring, as well as other Sales colleagues within the team and organization, to increase market share with clients.
  • Supporting the desk on active internal and sales initiatives
  • Supporting the onboarding of new client relationships/funds, working with Case Management, Credit, and Legal.

Your skills and experience :

  • Extensive knowledge of Fx, Rates, Commodities & Fixed Income markets and developing skills in structured products.
  • Focused on deliverables and willing to put in the required sales effort to help the desk grow the flow business.
  • Good local market knowledge.
  • An understanding of macroeconomic developments and their impact on sophisticated investors.
  • Extensive experience covering clients, preferably institutional.
  • Entrepreneurial skills to prioritize resources to maximize outcomes and client value.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations.
  • Advanced quantitative skills with the ability to interpret business and economic data and assess implications for client requirements.
  • Driven and dedicated to helping the team succeed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
