Job summary

Universal American School in Dubai is seeking a passionate Chemistry Teacher to join our team in September 2026 or January 2027, to teach IB Chemistry with strong classroom practice and inquiry-driven approach.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor in Chemistry, a recognised teaching qualification, and at least two years of secondary teaching experience; IB experience is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Chemistry or related field is required.
• A recognised teaching qualification is required.
• At least two years of successful secondary teaching experience.
• IB curriculum experience is desirable but not essential.
• Understanding of inquiry-driven and standards-based teaching.

Responsibilities
