• Support students in developing artistic techniques, creative expression, and portfolio‑based learning
• Ensure continuity in curriculum delivery across high school levels and maintain high academic standards
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs and creative abilities of students
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages curiosity, experimentation, and exploration
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback for artistic and academic improvement
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a strong and supportive learning environment

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor of Education degree or an initial degree with PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent teaching qualification in Art
