This IAM Specialist role in Abu Dhabi requires hands-on expertise across identity lifecycle management, access governance, privileged access, authentication, and IAM automation.

You will work with Entra ID, AD, SailPoint IIQ and BeyondTrust PAM/EPM to support security, audits, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related discipline.
• 5-6 years of IAM experience across identity lifecycle management, access governance, PAM/PIM and enterprise IAM operations.
• Hands-on Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), provisioning/deprovisioning, RBAC and access reviews.
• Strong admin experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, including SSO, MFA and Conditional Access.
• Hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) / IGA, and PAM experience.
• Working knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM and LDAP; troubleshooting IAM.
• Knowledge of least privilege, Zero Trust, SoD, RBAC, and governance; experience writing IAM SOPs and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Identity Lifecycle Management (JML) processes.
• Manage user accounts, security groups, administrative roles, RBAC and entitlements.
• Support SailPoint IdentityIQ operations: provisioning, access requests, certifications and troubleshooting.
• Conduct periodic User Access Reviews and coordinate remediation with stakeholders.
• Support governance and security controls for all identity types and audit readiness.
• Identify IAM automation opportunities and contribute to IAM migrations and integrations.
