Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking an Identity and Access Management Manager for MAF Global Solutions, UAE. The role leads IAM/PAM strategy, governance, and program delivery in a dynamic, security-driven environment.

You will define future-state IAM, drive implementation plans, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure access across the enterprise, applying best practices and industry standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IAM across large organizations.
• 5+ years of hands-on global IDAM platform management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce IAM/PAM policies and controls.
• Manage end-to-end identity lifecycle and privileged access management.
• Oversee RBAC/ABAC, MFA, SSO, and access reviews.
