Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced IAM Lead to define, implement, and govern enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions. The role requires strong expertise in IAM architecture, identity governance, access lifecycle management, and integration of IAM platforms with enterprise applications.
The successful candidate will lead IAM initiatives, strengthen identity security controls, improve access management processes, and support secure identity operations across cloud, SaaS, and on-premise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IAM strategy, architecture, governance, and roadmap development aligned with enterprise security objectives.
- Design and manage IAM capabilities including identity lifecycle management, Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes, RBAC, ABAC, SSO, MFA, PAM, and access governance.
- Design, review, and manage IAM integrations including custom connectors, plugins, APIs, and workflows for enterprise applications.
- Automate identity provisioning, access approvals, de-provisioning, and access certification processes.
- Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure teams, security teams, and business stakeholders to onboard applications into IAM platforms.
- Ensure IAM solutions meet security, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Provide technical leadership for IAM platform enhancements, upgrades, vendor coordination, and architectural decisions.
- Support IAM operations across hybrid environments including cloud, SaaS, and on-premise platforms.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10–12 years of hands‑on experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Strong experience with enterprise IAM platforms such as SailPoint, IBM Security Verify Governance (IGI), Saviynt, or similar solutions.
- Strong understanding of identity governance, access management, RBAC, ABAC, SSO, MFA, PAM, and identity lifecycle processes.
- Hands‑on experience developing and customising IAM connectors, plugins, workflows, and application integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and identity federation technologies.
- Experience automating IAM processes using APIs, scripting, workflow engines, or orchestration tools.
- Ability to design IAM solutions and communicate technical recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Development experience with Java, C++, or similar programming languages.
- Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and IAM SDKs.
- Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP identity services.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD processes.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
