Job summary

Management Solutions International MSI in Abu Dhabi seeks an IAM Engineer to lead deployment configuration and ongoing support of IAM solutions. You will implement IAM tools, integrate applications for SSO, MFA and provisioning, and develop workflows for identity lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• 5 years of IAM engineering experience required.
• Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, directory services and identity federation.
• Hands-on with IAM tools (SailPoint, Ping, Okta, ForgeRock, Azure AD).
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and scripting (PowerShell, Python).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Role Overview:

The IAM Engineers will be responsible for the deployment configuration and ongoing support of IAM solutions. This role requires strong hands‑on technical skills in implementing IAM tools and integrating them within enterprise ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure IAM solutions in line with architecture guidelines.

• Develop and maintain scripts/workflows for identity lifecycle management.

• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM‑related issues in production environments.

• Support audits security assessments and compliance activities.

• Collaborate with architects and product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements:

• 5 years of relevant IAM engineering experience.

• Strong knowledge of authentication authorization directory services and identity federation.

• Hands‑on experience with IAM tools (e.g. SailPoint Ping Okta ForgeRock Azure AD).

• Experience in REST/SOAP APIs scripting (e.g. PowerShell Python) and integration.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
