Job summary

CyberGate Defense in Abu Dhabi is seeking a SailPoint Implementation Engineer to design, configure, and support SailPoint IIQ and ISC/IdentityNow across IAM lifecycle, onboarding, provisioning, and access governance.

The role focuses on integrating SailPoint with AD/LDAP, HR systems, cloud apps, and various databases, building workflows, and ensuring compliance through certifications and SoD policies. 3–5 years IAM experience and 2+ years SailPoint deployment are expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ and/or ISC/IdentityNow.
• Experience with Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle management.
• Integrations with AD/LDAP, HR systems, cloud apps and databases.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, XML, SQL.

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Implementation Engineer with hands‑on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow). The candidate will be responsible for Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, application onboarding, provisioning, access governance, and identity lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and deploy SailPoint IIQ/ISC solutions.
• Gather business requirements and prepare technical design documents.
• Implement Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver (JML) lifecycle management processes.
• Configure access requests, approvals, certifications, and access reviews.
• Onboard enterprise applications using SailPoint connectors and APIs.

• Troubleshoot connector, provisioning, aggregation, and access governance issues.
• Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post‑production support.
• Create technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge‑transfer materials.
