Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Sharjah is seeking an experienced I&C Commissioning Engineer to support the commissioning phase of a Waste to Energy facility. Responsibilities include testing control systems and ensuring operational readiness. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering and have at least 15 years of commissioning experience in power plants or similar environments.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of commissioning experience.
• Strong knowledge of commissioning sequences.

Responsibilities

• Commission and test control systems PLCs and instruments.
• Ensure operational readiness of systems.
• Interface with contractors and finalize documentation.

Skills

Commissioning experience in power plants or WtE

Knowledge of P&IDs loop diagrams
