Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Hygiene & Quality Officer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our food safety and quality standards.

1. Develop, implement, and monitor food safety and quality management systems.
2. Conduct regular hygiene and quality audits across all operational areas.
3. Analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports on hygiene and quality performance.
4. Ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations and standards.
5. Train staff on proper hygiene practices and quality control procedures.
6. Investigate and resolve food safety and quality-related issues.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in food safety and quality management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or related areas.
• HACCP Certification and Food Safety Management System (FSMS) Certification.
• Proficiency in food safety management systems, especially HACCP.
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and hygiene standards.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Auditing skills and keen attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of food industry regulations and standards.
• Expertise in hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Experience with quality management systems.
