Job description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, discreet, and experienced Hygiene & Safety Officer to oversee all health, safety, and sanitation standards within the Royal Family’s private palace in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food safety and environmental hygiene, particularly within luxury hospitality or VIP residential environments, and will be proactive in maintaining a spotless, compliant, and safe environment for the Royal Family, guests, and all palace staff.

• Monitor and enforce hygiene and sanitation protocols across all palace departments (kitchen, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, etc.). • Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure compliance with UAE health regulations and international standards such as HACCP. • Lead training and awareness sessions for all palace staff on hygiene practices, food safety, PPE usage, and emergency health procedures. • Identify potential health and safety risks; recommend and implement corrective actions. • Oversee proper storage, usage, and labelling of cleaning and sanitation supplies. • Maintain detailed reports of inspections, corrective measures, and staff training. • Liaise with government health and safety authorities as needed. • Ensure the kitchen team adheres to food handling, temperature control, and cleanliness standards at all times. • Supervise sanitation procedures during special events or high-profile occasions.
