Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hydrographic Survey Sales Manager located in Sharjah. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business development in the hydrographic survey domain. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, managing existing client relationships, creating and delivering sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met and follow up on project execution.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills, with 5-10 years of experience in the hydrographic survey is a must. (Hydrographic survey technical experience is a MUST.)
• Strong understanding of hydrographic survey technologies and their applications
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage client relationships and understand customer needs
• Project management experience and ability to work with technical teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Experience working in the offshore or marine industry is a plus
• Willingness to travel as required
• Strong client network in UAE and GCC countries.
