Job summary

Client of Skc Management Consulting in the United Arab Emirates seeks a seasoned hydraulic technician to assemble, install, maintain and service hydraulic systems and components on earth-moving equipment. You will review schematics, operating manuals and plans, and inspect systems periodically to uphold performance.

You will diagnose defects with diagnostic tools, overhauls pumps and motors, fit lines, assemble parts, and record system conditions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with hydraulic systems on earth-moving machines.
• Ability to diagnose faults using diagnostic equipment and manuals.
• Experience with Komatsu, Volvo, Caterpillar and Hyundai machines.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, maintain and service hydraulic systems and components.
• Review schematics, plans and operating manuals.
• Inspect, test and maintain hydraulic systems periodically per schedule.
• Identify defects or malfunctions using diagnostic tools and manuals.
• Overhaul and repair hydraulic components, pumps and motors.
• Fit fluid lines and pipes; assemble and disassemble parts and systems.
• Clean and lubricate parts; record system conditions and repairs.
• Must have 10 years’ experience with earth-moving brands (Komatsu, Volvo, Cat, Hyundai).
• Must have good knowledge of all lubricated systems.
• Age max. 40 years.

• Assemble install maintain and service hydraulic systems or components and associated precision and general engineering
• Review schematics plans operating manuals
• Inspect test and maintain hydraulic systems periodically or according to established schedule
• Identify nature and causes of defects or malfunctions in lines or other parts of system using diagnostic machines and consulting with operating manuals
• Overhaul and repair hydraulic components pump and motor
• Fit fluid lines and pipes
• Assemble and disassemble parts and systems
• Clean and lubricate parts
• Record condition of hydraulic systems including malformations observed and repairs Must be having 10 years experiences for earth moving machines as Komatsu, Volvo, Cat, and Hyundai.
• Must be have good knowledge for all lubricated system.
• Age max. 40 years.
