Job summary

NAFFCO Careers is seeking a seasoned Manager – Network, Cloud and Cybersecurity in the UAE to lead our enterprise network, cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity operations. You will oversee hybrid/multi-cloud environments, governance, IAM, security monitoring and disaster recovery, while driving vendor relations and transformation projects.

You will combine technical excellence with strategic planning and strong leadership to align IT with business goals across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field.
• Master’s degree would be an advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications strongly preferred (CCNP/CCIE, Azure/AWS/GCP certifications, CISSP/CISM/CCSP, ITIL, TOGAF).
• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, enterprise networking, cloud technologies or cybersecurity.
• At least 5 years in a managerial or technical leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and management of enterprise network infrastructure across offices, factories, data centres and remote locations.
• Manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, routing, switching, firewalls and internet connectivity.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, governance, policies and controls.
• Oversee Security Operations Centre and Managed Security Service Provider activities.
• Lead vulnerability assessments, penetration testing and remediation programmes.
• Establish and maintain identity and access-management processes (Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO, MFA).
• Coordinate IT governance, risk and compliance programs including ISO/NIST frameworks.
• Develop IT disaster-recovery and business-continuity plans; ensure high availability and backups.
• Lead vendor management, budgeting and project delivery for network, cloud and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Drive transformation projects across network, cloud and security domains.
