Job summary

Alef Education is seeking a Digital Learning Implementation Specialist to engage schools and implement Alef products and services, supporting leaders, teachers, and students. You will train and coach staff, analyze data, and ensure successful adoption across classrooms and administrations.

Ideal candidates have a relevant education degree, 3+ years of K-12 teaching, and strong English/Arabic communication, with experience in educational technology and data-driven instruction.

Qualifications

• Educational degree related to Education in a core subject area, preferably Math/Science.
• Minimum 3 years teaching experience in K-12.
• Strong knowledge of instructional strategies, curriculum standards and assessments.
• Experience implementing, using, and training on ed tech tools.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains customer relationships with school stakeholders to enable effective usage of Alef Platform.
• Trains school leaders to support platform usage, data, and features like the Academy.
• Facilitates collection and analysis of student and teacher data to identify gaps and suggest improvements.
• Leads training and support systems for teachers’ product utilization and adoption.
• Aligns product goals with teacher and school leaders’ needs for long-term success.
• Delivers coaching and support strategies to improve use of Alef solutions.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to document standards and processes.
• Continuously improves knowledge to enhance team performance.
