Job summary

The Crowd Group is seeking a Digital Project Manager to join our UAE-based team on a full-time, hybrid basis. You will embed with a prominent enterprise client committed to sustainability, ESG, and smart technologies, spending 2–3 on-site days in Sharjah while the rest of the week can be remote or from our agency office.

Responsibilities cover leading digital roadmaps, content strategy, and end-to-end delivery of CMS-powered sites and campaigns.

Qualifications

4+ years of digital project management experience within a digital agency, management consultancy, or client-side corporate environment.
Strong background in digital content management, editorial strategy, and sustainability/ESG communications within the MENA region.
Native or business-fluent written and spoken Arabic & English (Essential for client alignment and content verification).

Responsibilities

Lead client-embedded digital leadership, scoping sessions, requirements gathering, and roadmaps with internal heads.
Oversee digital content creation, editorial workflows, and campaign narratives reflecting sustainability messaging.
Manage full lifecycle of corporate websites, web apps, campaign portals, and interactive features.
Translate business objectives into detailed technical scopes, user stories, and tasks for design and development teams.
Review and validate bilingual Arabic & English web content and journeys across digital touchpoints.
Maintain project schedules, manage scope, remove bottlenecks, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
