Job description

Responsibilities

• Design, install, maintain and repair heating and cooling systems.
• Fit new parts and ensure equipment is working correctly.
• Assure system and product quality by designing testing methods; testing finished-product and system capabilities; confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.
• Control maintenance tools, stores and equipment and ensure continuous coverage of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.
• Keep records of assignments and produce detailed work reports.
• Maintain working area and ensure all areas remain clean at all times.
• Use personal safety wares for personal safety while on duty.
• Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation; performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
• Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and/or valid license and certifications to practice profession in HVAC systems and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar setting.
• Technical skills including the ability to analyze and design projects related to HVAC; knowledge in blueprint reading and installation of machines, wiring and equipment; basic mechanical skills are mandatory.
• Fluent in English language.
