• Minimum 3 years experience as an HVAC technician in the oil, gas, or petrochemical industry.
• Extensive experience in operation, maintenance, and condition monitoring of HVAC equipment.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
• Ability to adapt to a multinational environment with exposure to various cultures and customs.
• Computer literate with basic knowledge of MS Office software.

Job Description:

• Conduct and support maintenance, modification, and related works of HVAC systems, including preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
• Participate in pre-commissioning, commissioning, preservation, and start-up activities to ensure maximum operational efficiency of company assets.
• Support HVAC maintenance activities at LNG facilities, working with project EPCI contractors and PMT offshore, including construction activities at contractor yard facilities.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment in the field and workshop, following safe work practices.
• Ensure availability and good condition of materials and spare parts before maintenance activities.
• Follow maintenance procedures and maintain a safe workplace, executing tasks efficiently as per schedule.
• Provide accurate records and reports of completed work as per company requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting HVAC issues and report findings promptly.
• Review relevant diagrams, drawings, datasheets, and documents related to HVAC systems.
• Participate in toolbox meetings and report all incidents and near misses according to company procedures.
