A leading company in the hospitality sector is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Technician to maintain and repair HVAC systems within the property. The ideal candidate will possess a vocational diploma, trade certification, and have at least 5 years of relevant experience in high-end facilities. This role involves routine maintenance, attending to breakdowns, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in maintenance roles in hotels, hospitals, or malls.
• Experience with HVAC systems and air conditioning.
• Basic knowledge of safety and health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance checks and repairs for air-conditioning systems.
• Attend to daily breakdown complaints and conduct servicing.
• Maintain HACCP documents for audits and coordinate with technicians.

Job description

This position is responsible for conducting maintenance check and repairs for air-conditioning and other cooling system of the property.

Job Description:

Attend to all daily breakdown complaints.

Rounding of all kitchen areas and check chillers and freezer, as well as HVAC/ETS plant room.

Take all walk-in chillers/ freezers and chiller plants reading as per schedule

Maintenance of AHU, FAHU, FCU’s in Guest rooms and public areas

All Kitchen and toilet exhaust servicing

AC servicing as per schedule.

Ice cube machine servicing, repairing and sanitation

Chillers/ Freezer/Air Conditioning major repairing work in workshop.

Maintain HACCP documents for audits along with Office administrator

Coordinate with General Technician for guest rooms AC complaints.

Education: High School or equivalent/Vocational Diploma or certificate.

Qualifications: Trade certificate for Air Conditioning.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in 5-star hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, facility management, or residential buildings.

Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Building Management System (BMS).

Language Skills: Basic English communication skills, both written and verbal.
