Job summary

CBRE Excellerate is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform preventive and reactive maintenance on chilled-water HVAC systems across managed facilities. You will maintain and troubleshoot AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs, and chilled-water networks, recording operating parameters and managing work orders via CAFM systems to ensure reliable service delivery.

The role requires hands-on experience with district cooling interfaces, a background in HVAC maintenance, and a minimum ITI/Diploma in HVAC or Mechanical

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 3 years relevant HVAC maintenance experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with chilled-water systems, AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs and associated pumps/valves.
• Experience with district cooling systems/interfaces is preferred.
• Working knowledge of CAFM systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive HVAC maintenance within assigned scope.
• Isolate equipment and stop work when unsafe conditions are identified.
• Diagnose HVAC faults and recommend corrective actions and required materials.
• Record operating parameters and identify abnormal system performance.
• Escalate major chilled-water controls or district-cooling interface issues to the Technical Supervisor.

This position has the authority to

• Carry out planned and reactive HVAC maintenance within assigned scope
