Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician in residential commercial or industrial projects.
• Certification in HVAC maintenance and repair (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Install maintain and repair HVAC systems including chillers AHUs FCUs VRF/VRV systems ducting and piping.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency and longevity.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.
• Ensure all installations and repairs comply with industry codes safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for energy efficiency.
• Handle refrigerant recovery charging and leak detection in compliance with environmental regulations.
• Read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Maintain accurate service records reports and inventory of spare parts.
• Coordinate with project engineers and other technical teams to ensure timely completion of work.
• Respond to emergency repair calls and ensure minimal downtime of systems.
