Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor who is fluent in Arabic to oversee, coordinate, and manage all HVAC-related activities on our project sites. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking clients, workers, and consultants.

• Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, piping, and control systems.
• Review HVAC drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, safety standards, and project timelines.
• Identify and resolve any issues related to HVAC systems promptly.
• Prepare daily/weekly work progress reports and submit them to the Project Manager.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship.
• Train and guide HVAC technicians on site.
• Communicate clearly in Arabic and Hindi with clients, inspectors, and labor teams as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC Supervisor in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and relevant codes/standards.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and manuals.
• Should be able to speak in Arabic and Hindi
• UAE driving license is a plus.
