• Coordinate with client/consultant for design review and drawing approvals.
• Prepare, review, and obtain approval for material submittals.
• Prepare BOQ and coordinate with procurement for material submissions and ordering.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Prepare and submit handing‑over documentation.
