Job Description

• Develop and implement QA/QC plans for HVAC installations
• Ensure Compliance with Abu Dhabi Municipal DM, ADDC) and ASHRAE standards.
• Review material submittals and conduct material inspections
• Perform daily inspections of HVAC works (ducting, chillers, piping, VRF systems)
• Monitor welding, insulation and equipment installation quality
• Conduct pressure Test Plans (ITP's)and quality checklists.
• Maintain non-conformance reports and tract corrective actions
• Submit daily quality reports to Project management
• Liaise with consultants, contractors and client representative.
• Conduct joint inspections with authorities for approvals.
• Coordinate third party testing when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking a detailed-oriented QA/QC Engineer to ensure quality compliance for our large-scale HVAC Project in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will implement and maintain quality control systems to meet ADDC/DM regulations and international standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in mechanical engineering
• 5+ Years QA/QC experience in UAE HVAC projects
• Certifications: ISO 9001, ASME or Equivalent
• Through Knowledge of HVAC systems and testing procedures.
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi approvals processes.
