Job description

• Perform installation, commissioning, and servicing of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, VRFs, split units, etc.)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and take corrective action
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently
• Maintain detailed service reports, logs, and records
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and junior technicians
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other departments for smooth operations
• Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and practices

Desired Candidate Profile

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
• Proven experience in servicing and maintaining HVAC systems
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical controls, and HVAC components
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license (if fieldwork is required)
