Create and develop long-term profitable relationships with company clients to sell our products within assigned territory.
Visit mechanical engineers, consultants, procurement, and contractors to ensure our products are successfully specified.
Provide job quotes to clients based on their project requirements.
Develop and grow sales in the assigned territory with existing accounts as well as new accounts.
Increase sales by securing new contractor relationships and expanding sales with existing ones.
Become an invaluable technical advisor to the engineering and contractor community from the initial design phase of a project through the commissioning of the project.
Identify and cultivate new business contacts and opportunities.
Maintain awareness of competitor activity.
Ability to prioritize effectively based on financial impact to the desired business goal with inside and outside sales and corporate personnel to meet customer needs.
Complete required reporting such as scheduling target accounts, call reports, expenses, etc.
Comply with all company operating policies, procedures, and safety programs as established.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.

Basic Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree or any related field.
Minimum of 2 years HVAC/Mechanical sales experience required; established client relationships in local territory a plus.
Possess a firm understanding of HVAC systems, components, and equipment.
Possess strong sales skills and abilities necessary for proposals, closing deals, and customer retention.
Ability to promote our products and assist mechanical engineers and contractors.
Demonstrated skills, experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently.
Conduct quality product presentations and meetings.
Highly self-motivated individual to obtain orders for the products we represent.
