Job Description

As a HVAC Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales of our products and services by identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing technical expertise and support. You will work closely with our sales, engineering, and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies that will meet and exceed company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the commercial, industrial, and residential market segments.
  2. Identify and qualify potential customers, conducting thorough needs analysis to present the best HVAC solutions.
  3. Collaborate with the engineering team to oversee the design and development of custom HVAC systems based on client specifications.
  4. Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients to ensure their needs are met and offer solutions to any issues.
  5. Stay current on industry trends and developments to better understand customer needs and maintain a competitive advantage.
  6. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients in person or online.
  7. Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute successful campaigns and promotions.
  8. Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotes to clients, negotiating terms and pricing when needed.
  9. Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and achievements using our designated sales software.
  10. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our products and services.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field.
  3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and related products.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Self-motivated, driven, and able to work under pressure.
  8. Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales software.
  10. Valid driver's license.
