Job summary

BRIGHT STAR TRADING AND SERVICES. is seeking an experienced HVAC technician in the UAE to install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems.

You will diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance, and service a range of systems including split, ducted, and package units, with attention to refrigerant charging and leak detection. The role requires hands-on work, safety compliance, and the ability to handle service calls, document work, and communicate with customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in HVAC & refrigeration.
• Candidates currently in UAE preferred.
• UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory.
• Good knowledge of HVAC/AC and refrigeration systems.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot AC and refrigeration equipment faults.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Service Split AC, Ducted AC, Package Units, FCU/AHU and other systems.
• Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection and pressure testing.
• Check and repair compressors, motors, thermostats, electrical controls and related components.
• Attend customer complaints and service calls and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure all HVAC and refrigeration systems are operating safely and efficiently.
• Maintain proper tools, equipment and service records.
• Follow company safety procedures and technical standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Desired Candidate Profile Indian candidates preferred. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC & Refrigeration. Candidates currently in UAE preferred. UAE Driving License is preferred but not mandatory. Good knowledge of HVAC/AC and refrigeration systems. Experience in installation, servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting. Knowledge of refrigerant charging, leak detection and basic electrical troubleshooting. Ability to work independently and handle customer service calls. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
