Job summary

Finpower Aircon LLC in Dubai is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily production activities for HVAC equipment manufacturing. You will lead a team, ensure production schedules are met, and implement quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HVAC manufacturing and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include optimizing production efficiency, managing adherence to safety regulations, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in HVAC manufacturing or engineering manufacturing.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a Production Manager or similar role.
• Experience in manufacturing AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation products.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
• Ensure production schedules are achieved while maintaining quality.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives to improve efficiency.
