Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a maintenance professional in Dubai to perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems, monitor performance, and troubleshoot faults promptly. • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, ducting, and control systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, split/ducted units, cooling towers).
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot faults promptly.
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, spare parts, and service history.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for AMC and repair work.
• Ensure HVAC systems comply with safety and energy efficiency standards.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Familiarity with BMS (Building Management System) is a plus.
