Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC-Estimator-Marine & Offshore projects at Heinen & Hopman UAE located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an HVAC-Estimator-Marine & Offshore projects, you will be responsible for estimating the costs of HVAC systems in marine and offshore projects. You will work closely with the design and engineering teams to analyze project requirements, evaluate technical specifications, and prepare accurate and detailed cost estimations for HVAC installations. Your expertise in marine and offshore HVAC systems will contribute to the successful execution of projects and the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop cost estimates for HVAC projects, considering materials, labor, and other project-related expenses.

· Develop the scope, schedule, and resource requirements for HVAC projects in the marine and offshore sector.

· Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.

Technical Documentation:

· Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for HVAC systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

· Review and approve design documents generated by the engineering team.

Equipment Selection and Procurement:

· Select appropriate HVAC equipment based on project requirements and specifications.

· Work closely with procurement teams to source, evaluate, and procure HVAC components and systems.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:

· Ensure that HVAC systems adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to marine and offshore projects.

· Implement and enforce safety protocols during installation and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

· Proven experience as an HVAC-Estimator in marine and offshore projects

· In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, materials, and installation techniques

· Familiarity with marine and offshore regulations and standards

· Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform accurate cost calculations.

· Proficient in using estimation software and tools.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
