Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Draughtsman in GCC contracting.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP standards.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop HVAC shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings in compliance with project specifications and design requirements.
• Generate detailed layouts for ductwork, chilled water piping, and ventilation systems.
• Coordinate HVAC drawings with other MEP services to resolve any clashes or discrepancies.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to project standards, MEP codes, and consultant requirements.
• Update drawings based on site conditions, RFIs, and consultant/client feedback.
• Assist site engineers and project managers by providing technical support through updated drawings and documentation.
• Maintain drawing records, revision history, and ensure timely submission of drawings to the engineering team.

Key Qualifications:

• Diploma or Certification in Mechanical Drafting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC Draughtsman in contracting companies within the GCC.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with MEP standards and guidelines.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems including ductwork, chilled water systems, ventilation, and exhaust systems.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate drawings.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
• Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
