Client of Rawaj Company for Recruitment in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Civil Design Engineer to lead civil and structural design for HV and EHV transmission substations. You will ensure compliance with TAQA‑T standards and coordinate with electrical and MEP teams.

Based in Abu Dhabi, you will review calculations, drawings, and technical documentation, prepare design submissions, and drive timely delivery of high‑quality substations projects while maintaining safety and quality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Mandatory TAQA Transmission TAQA‑T approval as Civil Design Engineer.
• Proven experience in civil and structural design for HV/EHV substations.
• Knowledge of TAQA‑T standards and submission procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and review civil and structural designs for HV/EHV substations per TAQA‑T standards.
• Design foundations, equipment supports, cable trenches, duct banks, and control buildings.
• Prepare and review calculations, drawings, specs and engineering documents.
• Ensure compliance with TAQA‑T design requirements and submission procedures.
• Coordinate with electrical, architectural and MEP teams for integration.
• Review documents to ensure technical accuracy, quality and safety.
• Support submissions, respond to review comments, implement revisions.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
