Job summary

International Schools Partnership - US & Canada in Abu Dhabi is seeking an educator to plan lessons, organize materials, and manage assessments across grade levels. You will coordinate with the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator to meet annual plans.

The role requires at least 2 years in education, strong English, and experience collaborating with psychologists to support students with special needs. On-site duties and safeguarding commitments apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields.
• Master’s Degree in education or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan lessons in advance and coordinate with Head of Level and Academic Coordinator.
• Prepare and organize materials for classes.
• Maintain the grade book and enter grades by deadlines.
• Design and prepare monthly assessments for each topic.
• Grade all assigned work.
• Collaborate with the Psychology Department to support students with academic or behavioral issues.
• Work with Academic Coordinator and psychologist to support students with special needs, including gifted learners.
• Attend meetings with teachers, coordinators and assistant principals.
• Attend institutional workshops and parent meetings.
