We are currently seeking a dynamic and qualified Humanities Teacher to join our British Curriculum branch in Shakhbout City.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Humanities lessons (Geography, History, and related subjects) aligned with the British Curriculum.

Foster critical thinking, cultural awareness, and global citizenship in students.

Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual learning needs.

Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that motivates students.

Collaborate with colleagues, school leadership, and parents to enhance student learning and wellbeing.

Integrate technology and innovative teaching practices to enrich the learning experience.

Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development sessions.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field (History, Geography, Humanities, or related discipline).

Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, B.Ed., or equivalent).

Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a British Curriculum school (UAE experience preferred).

Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Passion for teaching and inspiring students.

Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

ADEK approval or eligibility is an advantage.
